By subscribing to Crown Macro ("the Service"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. Crown Macro Letter is owned and operated by Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC and is an independent educational publication. It is not affiliated with Revise Wealth LLC.

1. No Investment Advice

Crown Macro is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained in the Service constitutes:

Crown Macro is not obligated to notify subscribers of changes in personal positioning.

4. No Fiduciary Relationship

Your subscription does not create:

  • An advisory relationship
  • A fiduciary duty
  • A client–advisor relationship

Crown Macro does not manage your assets, execute trades, or tailor information to your personal financial situation.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales for Pro subscriptions or ancillary products are final.

  • No refunds are offered for monthly subscriptions
  • No refunds are offered for annual subscriptions
  • This applies regardless of usage, satisfaction, or perceived value

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription status.
  • Cancellation must be completed by you through the website. No other cancellation method will be honored. To cancel, log in to your account, go to Manage Profile, and click the Modify Subscription button.
  • Failure to cancel before your renewal date does not entitle you to a refund.

Access continues only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Crown Macro—including text, charts, frameworks, models, and commentary—is the exclusive property of Crown Macro. You may not:

  • Copy
  • Redistribute
  • Reproduce
  • Resell
  • Share login credentials

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Macro shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect losses
  • Trading losses or opportunity costs
  • Decisions made based on the Service
  • System outages or content errors

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

Crown Macro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
