By subscribing to Crown Macro ("the Service"), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not subscribe. Crown Macro Letter is owned and operated by Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC and is an independent educational publication. It is not affiliated with Revise Wealth LLC.

1. No Investment Advice

Crown Macro is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing contained in the Service constitutes:

  • Investment advice
  • Financial advice
  • Tax advice
  • Legal advice
  • A recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial instrument

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. You should consult a licensed financial professional before making any financial decisions.

2. No Guarantees of Results

There are no guarantees regarding:

  • Performance
  • Profitability
  • Risk reduction
  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Timeliness of information

Financial markets are inherently uncertain. Past performance—whether discussed explicitly or implicitly—does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge and accept that losses are possible, including the loss of principal.

3. Personal Positioning & Opinions May Change

Any market views, positioning, frameworks, or commentary shared through Crown Macro reflect personal opinions at a point in time. These opinions:

  • May change at any time without notice
  • May differ from past views
  • Are not required to be updated or reconciled with previous commentary

Crown Macro is not obligated to notify subscribers of changes in personal positioning.

4. No Fiduciary Relationship

Your subscription does not create:

  • An advisory relationship
  • A fiduciary duty
  • A client–advisor relationship

Crown Macro does not manage your assets, execute trades, or tailor information to your personal financial situation.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales for Pro subscriptions or ancillary products are final.

  • No refunds are offered for monthly subscriptions
  • No refunds are offered for annual subscriptions
  • This applies regardless of usage, satisfaction, or perceived value

By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

6. Subscription & Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
  • You are responsible for managing your subscription status.
  • Cancellation must be completed by you through the website. No other cancellation method will be honored. To cancel, log in to your account, go to Manage Profile, and click the Modify Subscription button.
  • Failure to cancel before your renewal date does not entitle you to a refund.

Access continues only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.

7. Intellectual Property, Permitted Use & Prohibited Activities

All content, research, trade blotters, performance records, position-sizing methodologies, analytical frameworks, models, charts, commentary, software, and other materials made available through Crown Macro (collectively, "Content") are proprietary to Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC or its licensors, as applicable, and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Personal, Noncommercial Use

Each subscription grants a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable right to access and use the Content for individual educational and informational purposes, subject to these Terms.

No ownership rights or rights to commercial exploitation are transferred through a subscription.

Prohibited Activities

Without prior express written authorization from Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC, subscribers may not:

  1. Automated Data Collection: Use bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers, automated browsing tools, APIs, or similar mechanisms to systematically access, download, extract, monitor, or collect Content.
  2. Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning: Use Content as training, fine-tuning, evaluation, testing, or retrieval material for artificial intelligence, machine-learning, large language model, algorithmic trading, or other automated analytical systems, including by uploading or transmitting substantial portions of Content to third-party AI platforms.
  3. Systematic Reconstruction: Systematically extract, compile, or reconstruct proprietary trade histories, trading blotters, position-sizing frameworks, performance calculations, or research methodologies for the purpose of developing, benchmarking, validating, or operating a competing investment research, analytics, signal-generation, or trading product or service.
  4. Commercial Exploitation: Reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, publish, commercially exploit, or make Content or substantially similar compilations of Content available to third parties, whether directly or through derivative products, databases, software, or services.
  5. Unauthorized Access: Share account credentials, circumvent technical access restrictions, or permit third parties or automated systems to access the Service through a subscriber's account.

Monitoring, Suspension & Enforcement

Crown Macro reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to monitor access patterns for security, fraud prevention, and compliance with these Terms.

Where Crown Macro reasonably suspects prohibited activity, it may temporarily restrict or suspend access while investigating.

Crown Macro may terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer rights.

Unauthorized use may also result in legal action or other remedies available under applicable law.

Reservation of Rights

All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Nicholas Crown Enterprises LLC. Access to the Service does not grant any license to reproduce, commercialize, or distribute proprietary Content beyond the limited permissions expressly provided in these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Macro shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect losses
  • Trading losses or opportunity costs
  • Decisions made based on the Service
  • System outages or content errors

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

Crown Macro reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
